Brahmaveda is a wellness brand built on one simple idea: You don’t need a crash diet to get stronger, just better everyday choices.
Edamame
Roasted chana but with nearly double the protein and a third of the oil, Edamame is a young, green soybean picked early while it’s still soft and full of protein, then roasted until every bean turns crunchy. Not fried. Not processed. One honest bean, done right.
Swap the 6 p.m. namkeen. Swap the sugar in your chai. Small shifts, made naturally that’s how real strength is built, and that’s all BrahmaVeda is!
We did the math so you don’t have to.
Better for your body, better for everyday.

A NOte from the founder
Post-COVID, we all became more conscious of our health. But awareness alone doesn’t Create change. I believe nature holds the power to help us reach our peak strength-we just need to reconnect with it.
I built Brahmaveda on the belief that real strength isn’t built overnight. It comes from small, mindful shifts practiced consistently over time. From the choices we make every day to the habits we build, these shifts can help us move towards greater vitality, stamina and balance.
My vision is to make natural wellness a part of modern life – simple to adopt, easy to sustain, and meaningful in the long run.
Because peak strength isn’t a quick fix. It’s a way of life.

Brahmaveda Natural Sweetener is made from monk fruit and plant-based erythritol. It has zero calories and zero glycaemic impact, so it does not raise blood sugar the way refined sugar does. It replaces sugar 1:1, so you can use it in chai, desserts and shakes without changing your recipes. If you are managing diabetes or any health condition, we suggest checking with your doctor before making dietary changes. As with any sugar alternative, start with a small amount and let your body adjust.
A 30g pack of Protein Crunch gives you 14g of protein. It has made from roasted edamame, a complete plant protein with all 9 essential amino acids, and it is rich in fibre with low glycaemic impact. Most evening snacks like chips and namkeen give you calories without much nutrition. Protein Crunch is a simple swap that keeps you fuller for longer and keeps the crunch and flavour you want. It comes in tangy-spicy, cheeze garlic, and peri-peri.
Please note it contains soy.
Shilajit Gold is a pure natural resin. The recommended serving is 500mg (a small pea-sized amount, measured with the spoon in the pack), taken twice a day after meals. It combines Shilajit with Swarna Bhasma, Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, Gokshara and Kaunch Beej, and Ayurvedic bland traditionally used to support stamina, endurance and recovery. If you are pregnant, nursing, on regular medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. It is a daily Wellness ritual, not a medicine.
We will be honest with you: nature does not work in a rush, and we do not promise instant results. Brahmaveda is built around small, consistent shifts like swapping sugar for a natural sweetener, junk snacks for clean protein, and adding one grounding ritual to your day. Most people begin to notice small changes first, such as steadier energy, lighter digestion and better focus, as these swaps become habits. Your path to peak strength is built one natural shift at a time, and every body responds at its own pace.
