Return & Refund Policy

At BrahmaVeda, every product is crafted and packed with the utmost care.
Due to the nature of our wellness and consumable products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product is opened or delivered — except in rare cases of verified damage or incorrect items.

1. No Return / Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any product once it has been opened or used.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at care@brahmaveda.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the parcel and product(s) received

After verification, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a store credit of equal value (as per management discretion)

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them by contacting support.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Refund Timelines (If Approved)

If a refund is applicable (for damaged/duplicate cases):

  • Processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Credited to your original payment method or via store credit.
